Interagency Poverty Simulation-2/4/11

Snow, hail, and sleet couldn't stop the dedicated from coming together for the Living on the Edge event hosted by the Arkansas Dept. of Higher Education on Friday, Feb. 4th. We hosted individuals from many different agencies and colleges throughout Arkansas. The purpose of this event was to sensitize us to the day-to-day realities of life faced by people with low-incomes and to motivate us to become involved in activities which help reduce poverty in this country.
